Esperienza molto interessante e positiva, mi è piaciuta la semplicità e la disponibilità di Consuelo la proprietaria. Arrivi nella campagna Pistoiese e vieni accolto senza tanti fronzoli dalla natura, Food and drinks: Mangiato benissimo, dato che ciò che ti viene portato a tavola è tipica cucina Toscana preparata in modo semplice con prodotti dell'agriturismo. Grazie a Consuelo per la sua ospitalità e semplicità, non cambiare mai. Rooms: 3 Service: 3 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view, Quiet, Great value

An experience to forget, food obscene to say the least, I only ate here for lunch, so I can't evaluate breakfast, dinner or overnight stay. The only acceptable appetizer was, the first courses arrived with tortelli filled with ricotta and spinach, they were completely raw and also had an unpleasant flavour, to say the least, both those with butter and sage and those with Chianina sauce. But now comes the painful part, the pappardelle were with game, apparently made up of three types of different meats. The first was with roe deer, it was bad, it was a stew with completely no sauce and pieces of bone, only those with strong stomachs could eat them. The second with deer, tasted of nothing. And the third with wild boar, the only one a little more acceptable. The second course included fried chicken and "piglet", a little tastier, but honestly after what I ate before I was a little less hungry, but no big deal. The mailino was not even a relative of the famous Sardinian dish, but only of the simple roast pork. The roast potatoes were burnt but the flavor wasn't too bad. I'm sorry because the place has so much potential, it's not easy to manage a farmhouse, I understand that but, as far as catering is concerned, we're completely far away. Never again! Out of 45 people present you were the only one to complain... it can happen... out of 270 Ravioli flattened by me by hand that same morning and then served there wasn't even one left over... at your table they even made the slipper on the trays... but whatever It's a matter of taste..same fate for Tagliatelle with game..what is certain is that both venison and roe deer have particular flavors not appreciated by everyone's palate..lucky that I didn't cook just for her!!! The baked pig...I don't I represented him as a Sardinian pig, perhaps it was just in his imagination... yes, you're right about the potatoes... some were overcooked!! It can happen!! Price paid by you for a starter of cured meats, bruschette, fried polenta and croutons and fresh grilled vegetables with 2 first courses (fresh pasta prepared and flattened by me) 2 second courses 2 side dishes coffee drinks included without consumption limit bread and squash made by me and served while still hot ..25 euros!!! (fopped tell him)!!! Having said this...but why didn't you have the courage to tell me on the same day? Maybe because at the same table as you there were people who kept complimenting me on the good food prepared? Or because you, like many others, are dictated by a personal dissatisfaction for which he feels authorized to criticize others before doing a self-examination??
