Food - excellent! Service - friendly and funny Atmosphere - magical We celebrated my birthday here and it was lovely. The waiter showed us how to eat things the Croatian way and even brought us a free dessert. I believe this is a family-operated restaurant that has been there for years and you can absolutely see why. The chefs are very talented and the staff love what they're doing. One day, we'll be back. Really nice spot next to the sea. We had the bruschetta and cevapcici which were very good. We also had the salad toscano which has no dressing and therefore, tasted a little bland. Service first put us to the wrong table, then brought the wrong food (which they apologized for very often and exchanged it for the real order in no time) and finally they never asked us about dessert so at one point we just left. Overall it was okay. The rack of lamb we saw on other tables looked very tender and juicy- might come back for that. The Planika is part of the Falkenstein Hotel, but we as outsiders had no problem reserving a table Friday night. Service was polite and omnipresent. Food was done with care and was delicious! Sit outside for sea view through the trees - top! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: kn 250–300
