Had a reservation at 19, called in advance to let them know we will be 15 mins late. They said we can’t be late and must come 19 sharp. We were very upset with the rudeness and cancelled it completely. We’re on vacation, and could easily be a bit late without giving the restaurant an advance warning.

I was disappointed with my experience at Planika Restaurant. Before we placed our order, we were informed that the kitchen was not operating normally and that only pizzas, salads, and drinks were available. However, shortly afterward, we noticed the staff offering and serving meat dishes to other guests. This was confusing and made us feel that we were not being treated equally or that the information we were given was not accurate. Also to mention that the food order was 1h late, considering it was pizza and a salad, it shouldn’t have taken that long. I understand that unexpected situations can happen, but honest and consistent communication with all guests is essential, especially at a hotel of this standard. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
