Cuisine délicieuse. Personnel très sympa. Ambiance générale très agréable. Même si les tables sont assez serrées on peut garder un minimum d'intimité. Well, we are coming here for more than 6 years. Today was first time when the service was so bad! We arrived around 20:15 - 20:20. We waited for about 20 min for somebody to come to our table to set the table and ask for drinks. We decided pretty fast in about 10 minutes. Then we waited for about 1 hour and nothing happens! Then we asked the tall man about our order. We waited for another 5-7 minutes and nobody come to tell us anything! We went inside we saw the tall man and the woman with red hair at the bar. I guess they are the owners. Then we ask again about our order. They just said it will come soon, but we asked what happened because we are waiting for 1h and everybody which came after us already finish their meal. They said it was just a problem with the machine for orders. But instead ask for some apologies for the inconvenience, they said nothing! My wife, which is pregnant, told them we are waiting for more than 1 hour and she is hungry, is already shaking (showing them her hands shaking) and we have also a 3 year old child which eas crying in hunger. The tall man replied: I'm hungry too! When my wife replied him that she is pregnant and he is not, suddenly didn't said anything anymore! Also to mention the woman with red hair was sitting with the group on the table exactly near by us for more then 45 minutes talking and smoking. Few times was making eye contact with my wife and in this period didn't ask herself if there is any issues with our order from when we had the placemats, cutlery and just a bottle of water on our table. Then when we received the food around 21:45 they bring us french fries instead country cuts, which they supposed to be on my sister-in-law's cordon bleu. My wife, already upset about their attitude, told them about the mistake. The woman with red hair stared to behave also rude and told us that the kitchen is closing in few minutes and eat it or leave it and she has enough. Enough what, lady? Lady, even it was a technical error, this is not how to treat your clients! Especially pregnant women and a 3 year old child! That technical error is also part of your restaurant! Instead sitting near us, talking and smoking, you could take 2 minutes from your precious time and come to us and ask much earlier if everything is OK or not! But not, you stayed to the table near by us keep smoking and talking! And your rude attitude wasn't needed! Each time we left tips for your service when we come to your restaurant and also we had recommend you to so many friends! And for the tall man, instead coming with such childish excuses, you could ask for apologies and ask what you can do more for that client until you you solve the problem! No, instead of this you replied that you are also hungry! Replied to a pregnant woman, shaking because of hunger and to a 3 years old child crying of hunger! You disappointed us so bad!
