Soggiornato io e mia moglie per 5 notti. Ottimo cibo, personale gentile..ci si sente come a casa, con il mare di fronte però.. Roberto e Michela Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view, Quiet, Child-friendly

Ho trascorso alcuni giorni fine agosto staff eccellente , receptioniste molto gentili , straordinaria animazione intrattenimento per bambini al mare e in piscina ricorderemo con affetto Marica e Virginia , eccellente pulizia , bravi e attenti i bagnini specialmente in piscina , molto professionale anche la capo servizio della sala colazioni , tante stelle poi al ristorante riva piatti buonissimi e servizio eccellente !!!. Insomma grazie a tutti torneremo a trovarvi !!! Rooms: 3 Service: 5 Location: 5

I do short reviews - this one is long. Because I’m actually upset that I was robbed of my my relax timethey don’t care about guests in this place. If you want more it’s below. The custard doughnuts were very nice. “A Star-Studded Misadventure” The Pizzomunno, a five-star establishment nestled along the sun-drenched Italian coast, promised a luxurious escape. However, this façade quickly crumbled. While the hotel's beach was indeed a gem, its service was jarring. The staff, were blatantly sexist. Their inability to cater to the basic needs of their clients was annoying. But the fact they were unwilling to try and put it right was a thorn in my side. Then they tried to tell me I was wrong. Wrong to want to control the temperature of my room in a 5 star hotel - the answer? Silly woman! I was met with indifference and a dismissive attitude. See the video - apparently it’s 15 degrees in my room- but they gave me a fan because it was hot. They should be making it right. The hotel’s amenities, were overshadowed by the lack of respect for its guests. Service: 1
