Ordered 5 pizzas, over 30 minutes late we called him and he made a whole series of excuses, first blaming the Deliveroo system, then that it still took 15 minutes to deliver, then it went to 10 minutes, last but not least he said having problems with deliveries and that if we wanted we could go and get them, so more than an hour passes from the scheduled delivery Furthermore, we asked for a refund and it was not possible as I do not answer the telephone number indicated on the Deliveroo portal Terrible, too bad you have to give at least one star, it doesn't even deserve that

To say shameful is an understatement. Delivery expected at 8pm... it's 9.20pm and nothing has arrived yet and on the phone they keep saying they're coming... they've been arriving since 8.30pm. I hope they are at least good, but I have some doubts. Update 9.50pm: the order has not yet arrived. There's no eating tonight. Scandalous. Called back several times but obviously no response. They had the courage to call at 10pm still asking for the address. Obviously at that time I gave more food to my children and guests and complimented them on their seriousness. It's a shame because I had already ordered often a year ago and we had a good time. Removed from the list.
