Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your visit did not meet your expectations and would like to clarify what happened during your dinner. You ordered a well-done beef fillet. After the steak was served and approximately half of it had already been eaten, you informed our staff that it was not sufficiently cooked for your preference. Despite this, and without any hesitation, we immediately prepared a completely new beef fillet, which was cooked again well-done and served to you. Importantly, only one beef fillet was charged. The second fillet was prepared entirely at our expense, as a gesture of goodwill and customer care. Regarding your concern about pregnancy and food safety: once informed, we took the situation seriously and ensured that the replacement steak was thoroughly cooked and safe for consumption. We are therefore disappointed that the situation has been described as a lack of professionalism or concern for safety, especially considering that we went beyond standard procedure to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction. Nevertheless, we regret that you left unhappy and we take all feedback seriously. Clear communication remains very important to us, and we will continue to improve wherever possible.
