Incantevole paese Milna e Konoba ( taverna ) Slika ottimo ambiente tavoli sul porto a 50 cm dal mare. Buona pizza e ottima pasta agli scampi e gamberetti . Buon chocolate soufflé ( caldo al punto giusto ) con 2 palline di gelato . 2 birre krno Karlovacho ( adoro !) 2 espresso. 60€. Molto consigliato . Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

Siamo a Milna da 11 giorni e abbiamo già fatto visita a questo locale più volte. È direttamente sul mare e l'atmosfera è molto accogliente. Oltre ai piatti tipici della cucina dalmata hanno un forno a legna e fanno delle buone pizze. Karlovacko alla spina (la mia preferita, purtroppo molti hanno la Ozujsko)...bella fresca...top. le verdure grigliate sono ottime,idem il patè di tonno. Le pizze buone (lo dico da italiana). Cevapcici buonissimi. I bambini hanno provato le lasagne e non male nemmeno quelle. Camerieri molto carini e simpatici. I’m currently on vacation here and have visited this restaurant. The pizza was actually quite good, but in my opinion the pizza at Dario’s is significantly better. Unfortunately, the rest of the food was very disappointing, especially considering the prices. The Carbonara was a small portion and definitely not worth the money. More importantly, it was made with cream and served without black pepper. For a dish called Carbonara, that’s a major letdown. The tuna steak for €31 was the biggest disappointment. It was dry, tasted like canned tuna, and the side dish was ridiculous: essentially one potato with a small handful of greens. The whole plate looked like a pre-made frozen meal that had simply been arranged on a plate. After finishing it, I was still hungry and ended up going to Dario’s afterward to eat a pizza. The risotto was good, although still overpriced. The steak risotto actually tasted good as well, but the steak itself looked terrible—honestly more like canned meat than fresh steak. Presentation matters, especially at these prices. On the positive side, the waiters were genuinely friendly, attentive, and professional. They are not responsible for the quality of the food. The owner also seemed like a nice and respectful person, but unfortunately it doesn’t feel like food quality is a top priority when a Carbonara with cream is being served. Overall, the service was excellent, but the food quality and portion sizes do not justify the prices. Edit: Thank you for your response. As I am unfortunately unable to post an official reply, I am adding my response here because I feel it is necessary to address some of the points raised. Regarding the Carbonara, there was not a single visible speck of black pepper in the dish, nor did it taste like black pepper at all. The fact that pepper is available on the table is not really a justification. When I go to a restaurant, I expect the dish to be properly seasoned by the kitchen, not to have to finish it myself. The sauce was also very runny and simply did not taste good. As for the tuna steak, I do not think this can be explained away by referring to the menu weight. Yes, the menu states 250–300g, but that does not tell guests that the fish may arrive dry or that the side dish will be extremely small. My criticism was not only about quantity, but also about quality. Objectively speaking, these are areas that could clearly be improved. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Our Carbonara is not made with cream, and black pepper is included in the recipe. Freshly ground black pepper is also available at the table so that each guest can adjust the seasoning to their personal preference.
