Posto bello con dehors con tavoli in legno e bella atmosfera, cameriere gentilissimo e attento. Pizza buona, impasto ottimo, leggero e buon cornicione, menĆ¹ particolare non da tipica pizzeria ma con ingredienti comunque buoni, saporiti e di qualitĆ . A friend recommended Pizzeria Ruspante to me, and Iām so glad she did! Itās quite a drive and feels like youāre heading into the middle of nowhere. On the way there, I honestly wondered how such a popular pizza place could be out thereā¦ but once we arrived, it all made sense. Nestled near Gacka river spring, at the bottom of a house, this hidden gem was already buzzing with people. I didnāt want to take any chances, so I called a day in advance to reserve a table, which I would definitely recommend. They open at 1:00 pm, and when we arrived at 1:15 pm, the restaurant was already in full swing. I ordered the Senjska Bura pizza, and it was absolutely perfect. One of the best pizzas Iāve had in a long time. They also have a great selection of other pizzas and crĆŖpes. Unfortunately, we were so full that we couldnāt try the crĆŖpes, but thatās definitely a good reason to come back! The service was excellent. Our waitress was very professional and thoughtful. She brought us a large jug of water without us even having to ask, and she also gave the kids coloring pages, which was a lovely touch. The only downside was the knives. They werenāt sharp enough, making it surprisingly difficult to cut the pizza. Itās a small detail, but definitely something worth checking so guests can enjoy their meal without struggling. Overall, this place is absolutely worth the drive. Fantastic food, great service, and a beautiful location. Weāll definitely be back!
