Il ristorante ruculí è davvero molto buono! La pizza è molto buona e ben condita. Le colazioni sono buone e non deludono. Il personale del locale è gentile disponibile e velocissimo in tutto che dire la vista dal terrazzo è stupenda per una cena oppure un bell’aperitivo sul lago di Garda

Overall: The hotel offers a breathtaking view of Lake Garda but has significant areas for improvement. Here are my observations from my stay: Location: The hotel is in Oldesio, near the top of a mountain, providing excellent views. However, access is challenging due to winding mountain roads. Rooms: The rooms are average, with noticeable wall damage from moisture. The old plumbing system makes the toilets loud, disrupting sleep, but the sofa beds are very comfortable. Lake view from the balcony is outstanding. Reception: The blonde receptionist was unfriendly and seemed disinterested. Important information, such as using the Tignale card for shuttle services, was not provided, leading to inconvenience. Windows: The area is full of mosquitoes, but the windows lack mosquito nets and cannot be tilted (only bathroom window can), only fully opened. Without air conditioning, fresh air means inviting mosquitoes in, causing uncomfortable nights. Cleanliness: There is no daily cleaning service. Towels must be washed by guests or exchanged for €5 each. Food: Breakfast is included but basic, with occasional moldy items. Lunch and dinner options are available after 17:30, with average quality and prices. Notably, olives are not provided despite being in Italy. Shopping: The nearest supermarket is a five-minute drive up the mountain. Choices are limited and a bit expensive, with local wine, cheese, olives, and olive oil being of mediocre quality despite higher prices.

Good morning we are in one of the most beautiful areas of Alto Garda Park and where you can enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Garda, and make 10/15 minutes by road to reach us is worth it. We are sorry our blonde receptionist did not be courteous and gave you all the information...probably at a time of many arrivals but I think surely would have told you everything if you asked. We are holiday apartments and not hotels, so daily cleaning is not provided. The breakfast buffet and the restaurant is appreciated by all and what he writes us is strange. It is not indicated that we have air conditioning and since a customer books can not claim it. Prices would certainly differ if other services were provided. We think the 5 minute walk to the supermarket is more than good. Many greetings Fam.Negri
