Rude waiter! I never came across this rude service in my life, first I called wanted to order delivery on the phone they told us no delivery that I will need collect so we decided to go for dinner then. Me and my brother in law went inside took menu open it and,, gentleman " behind bar put hands up no food,too many people or wait one hour.i look at him ask and? He said busy wait hour.i gave menu back but because I worked in restaurants before myself I told him: ,, first at all no hello,good evening nothing?secondly you didn't even know why I came for what I came I could only want water or I could want reserve for another day or anything, third I have my family of 14 outside who I wanted to take for dinner and you basically throwing us out without even hi. Second,,lady " behind bar answer on that we have 50 people out on terrace, after this I understand that they didn't care about they customer as 50 was enough for them. When I asked for owner that I want to spoke to him they asked me why...so I told them that I don't think he would be impressed/happy knowing that he lost 14 customers and how they treated us. Disrespectful..I hope you will learn how to properly talk to your potential customers and you will not ruin another family evenings as you did mine....
