And yesterday your colleague asked you to walk 30 meters ahead and you wrote a comment on all the portals. When we have a lot of deliveries, we sometimes ask customers to come to meet us, which is usually not a problem because we usually come to the door WITHOUT EXTRA CHARGE - see our delivery service is free. But there are customers like in your example who have no understanding at all and fortunately we can do without such customers.
