We've been visiting Vis for a number of years, and Pizzeria Kut has never let us down, whether it's a quick lunch for 4 or recently, our family meal for 15. It's a lovely family-run restaurant in Kut, and despite the name, the menu goes well beyond pizza. Over our visits I've had the steak, pizza and tuna salad, and they were all great in their own way. Not many places do that many different dishes well, but Kut manages it, so it's an easy spot to please a big group with different tastes. It also has a great view looking back towards Vis Port, making it a lovely spot to linger over a meal. Highly recommend, whether you're after a casual bite or celebrating something bigger with the whole family. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €20–25 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We ordered a Margherita pizza and the “touch of truffle”. The food initially took about 30 min to come out when there were 5 families there. My friend ended up getting his pasta order 15 minutes later than mine for a total wait for 45 minutes. The touch of truffle pasta was pretty decent but the Margherita was not. It didn’t not resemble a Margherita pizza at all and just looked like a cheese pizza (see image). We even had to double check and see if they had not accidentally given us a cheese pizza. The prices are pretty decent though. Overall I would recommend if you just got on the island and you’re dying to eat, but if you want to be impressed this isn’t gonna cut it. The vibes are great though, and the staff is pretty nice. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €10–15 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
