Lunedì sera sono venuto con i miei amici per mangiare delle paposcie, buonissime senza dubbio, tuttavia troppo care dato il fatto che a qualche metro di distanza le stesse costavano un terzo del prezzo. Nonostante la nostra richiesta di ricevere l'antipasto prima delle paposcie, questo è arrivato troppo tardi e il cameriere ha chiesto se volessimo mandarlo indietro. Così abbiamo fatto, e poco dopo una collega è venuta al nostro tavolo per litigare con tutti noi riguardo a una scelta di cui non avevamo responsabilità. In più, quando abbiamo pagato ci è stato vietato di dividere il conto e la stessa cameriera ha continuato a lamentarsi e ad adottare un linguaggio pessimo. Luogo da evitare. Ci sono stato con la mia famiglia mangiare molto buono rapporto qualità prezzo buono non altrettanto x la ragazza che prende le ordinazioni molto maleducata e scortese peccato

With three friends, we stopped for lunch in this restaurant, where we had a rather unpleasant experience, due to the information provided, which was unclear or, in some cases, misleading. Everything we wanted to order was not available and this was not reported anywhere, nor was it communicated to us when we were seated. Indeed, that it is a place for pizzas and panzerotti, as well as paposce, can be clearly understood from the name of the place (Pizzeria Marianna), from the awning of the place and from the entrance door, where it is written "pizza on the plate", "panzerotti", as well as from the menu, which lists many pizzas, also with special doughs, salad, panzerotti and more. Only when we had already chosen and started ordering, we were told that practically everything we wanted, i.e. panzerotti, pizza, salad, tuna were not available due to problems with some pizza chefs who had left. But then why not point it out on the menu or at the entrance? Why not warn the customer before seating him? In the end we discovered that the POS didn't work either and we were even worse off because we had chosen this place and discarded others (which instead correctly reported all possible problems, such as POS not working or products out of stock) precisely because we wanted to eat panzerotti and pizza and pay with the pos. Neither of these was possible. Could we leave? Well, we waited to sit down, it was hot and we were tired, if they had told us about these problems before making us wait to sit down, we certainly wouldn't have stopped but evidently they preferred to be smart. Very unfair and unprofessional. Not to mention that while we were waiting for our second choices, we saw a person leaving the restaurant with a pizza with tuna to take away, while we had been told, I repeat, that it was not possible to order either pizza or tuna. Very unfair. Too bad, the paposce dough wasn't even bad. This place does not deserve to continue in business, compared to others that are much more professional and attentive to customers.
