Thank you for your review, we would like to inform you that next year we are moving to another location (opposite Kaufland, Ruđer Boškovića 8), we would like to host you in a beautiful location that will be suitable for children and animals, it is a property from 20,000 m2, just 2 km from the old town, where we will plant our ECO fruits and vegetables, which you will be able to freely pick and enjoy the healthy fruits of our field. There you will be free to let your children and dogs (if you have them) without worry, and after eating you can enjoy cocktails in our lounge bar outdoors with hammocks in a relaxed atmosphere, we look forward to spending time together, all the best. Everybody said you need to try pizza at Pizzeria La Pietra, in Rovinj. So we went for it, and pizza wasn't the main thing we got. It was an experience. Pizzeria is not in the center of Rovinj. If you've been there, you know that Rovinj is like a small Venice, with tons on small passages and streets. Pizzeria was not on the main way to the St. Euphemia Church at the top of Rovinj, but in one of the side ways, on the uphill. And people were passing by all the time, while you eat? So location and comfort aren't playing in their favour. It was crowded when we got there. They have ~10 tables, and all of them were filled on, so we sat on the stairs across the pizzeria to wait. Waitress saw us, and as she passed by a few times she asked us to wait. When she finally approached us, she apologized, said that we're the first in line when the table frees, and offered us rakija (home made plum brandy) on the house while we wait. Good one! She was very kind, as well as her colleague. Now that was an experience! And it wouldn't matter if the pizza wasn't good. It's always about the product, right? I won't say it was the best pizza I had, but it was probably the best pizza in Rovinj. Good enough for me! It only amplified our experience, which was already great. While we were eating, she sat with some boy (let's say around 8 years old) on the stairs, tapped him on the head, saying: "My friend, it's too crowded today, but I'm gonna take you to the pool tomorrow, ok?". Then the song started, Come into My Life by Joyce Sims. Come into my life, I got so much love to show you Come into my life, boy, I adore you Come into my life, I got so much love to show you Come into my life, boy, I adore you She took the boy in her arms and they danced, right there in the narrow streat while people were3 passing by. Beautiful! In the world where a lot of companies have the same products, customer experience is what matters. Conditions and starting positions might not be in your favour, but doing everything you can from the first to the very last touch with your customers makes all the difference in the world.
