Pizzeria Gušti is part of a chain of pizzerias from Zadar.
The pizzeria specializes in making traditional Neapolitan pizzas. In the production of our products we use only fresh ingredients of the best available quality (tomatoes San Marzano, mozzarella Fiordilatte, mortadella Bologna, homemade Dalmatian prosciutto ...). We use special type 0 flour to make sourdough that ferments for up to 72 hours, and pizzas are baked at a minimum temperature of 450 degrees.

Every time I'm in Croatia, I think about having a pizza, which is said to be excellent, but I was sorry not to have calamari, fish or octopus by the sea, which taste excellent here. Based on the reviews and the close accessibility from the hotel, I stopped by the pizzeria Gušti today for dinner. It was my first Croatian pizza and it tasted fantastic. If you are in Zadar, do not miss this pizzeria, because in addition to the kind and pleasant service, cozy space and fantastic pizza for an excellent price, you can eat in a quiet part of the city and take a break from the tourist traffic. I personally would definitely like to come back here. Thank you for a pleasant evening.
