One of the few to be open on Republic Day. Let me start by saying that the owner was not there, but a lady who had nothing commercial or customer related. Now, the promotion includes €15 for a margherita with 5 calzones or €20 for a stuffed one with the same number of calzones. I had to order 3 trays, so still €55 worth of stuff, I ask if it was possible instead of 15 calzones, to get some arancini or chips, NO, flexibility 0. Well, maybe if it had been softer I would have thought about getting the drinks too. I arrive in the evening to take the reservation and pay, in the end I choose two margherita trays and one stuffed one and a large portion of chips (€7), total 52. I ask for some sauces, usually free, but not with her, €1 for four sauces. Total €53, I have €50 in cash or alternatively pay by credit card. With paper. It's not a question of €3 not discounted or €1 for sauces, we need a bit of tolerance, a bit of attention towards the customer. Also because by speaking badly about it to a party of 20 people all from the area, a negative word will spread, and it's a shame because the owner has always treated us very well, always. 5 stars for him and for the pizza, negative opinion for the management left to the lady. I'm sorry for this review but employees are not allowed to give discounts or changes. They have to do everything that is expected. The owner can then decide whether to have some attention but it is not the duty and/or right of the employees to be flexible. Thank you
