They charged us 3 beers more than we drank. When we confronted them they said they’ll bring us 3 more beers so the receipt would be fine.
They didn’t make the refund. Never again.

Before writing this review, I’ve browsed through already posted reviews and unfortunately have to confirm all the bad ones. My visits to Pivana are mainly during lunch hours and every time service is soooo sloooow, sometimes we have to wait for 30 minutes for the daily offer…and that’s under condition we get to order our food immediately (that never happens). Also, if you don’t get before noon, almost all dishes from daily offer are already sold (or they claim it that way). Terrace is never fully equipped, only part of it works when staff is feeling like it. Pivana is constantly understaffed with rude and untrained service…just today I ordered daily offer and waiter immediately told me they are out of mashed potato (side dish that goes with my meal), they offered french fries instead but I asked if I could REPLACE fries with grilled vegetables…waiter told me they could do that for us. After 20ish minutes later we got served but when time was to pay, we got really surprised as they have charged us extra for the grilled vegetables (while also charging us for the full daily offer menu with fries I thought were REPLACED). Waiter didn’t mention they will charge us additionally for new choice of side dish (really guys, grilled vegetables???), we waited for spoons, bread for additional 5 minutes after meal was served…. I’m not blaming waiters, I believe they work for lowest possible salary… for this I blame management and their constant ignorance of bad reviews and making empty excuses on every one of them.
Don’t recommend this place for lunch, especially if you’re on a work break (30 minutes). Bad service, expensive meals for it’s quality, long wait period…
