Next to one of the main bridges, at the waterfront of the river Donau, are a couple of bars next to one another. The middle one is Piranha Cocktail Bureau. To get a look at the vast menu, filled with cocktails of all kinds, spirits, exclusive rums, whiskey's, brandy's and mixers, you have to scan the QR-code standing on the wooden tables of the terrace. It's quite cosy to sit in the wooden lounge seats. The cocktails are very good, made with Superior ingredients and presented with a nice twist and flair. Of course juices, beers on draft and homemade lemonade are also available. The service is just excellent. The personnel is really friendly, and speaks English perfectly. Prices are excellent. The boulevard next to the Donau is being relayed and renewed, but still this is an awesome location. Best place to sit with a view in Maribor. We'll definitely be coming back next time in town.
