Il personale ci ha accolto e fatto sedere subito. Molto gentili e pazienti. Inoltre l'atmosfera era davvero carina. I piatti erano molti buoni. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Pmpinella in Split had its highs and lows, so I'm giving it a 3 out of 5 stars. Let’s start with the good stuff. I ordered the Pasticada Gnocchi, and it was actually the best main dish I’ve had in Split so far. The gnocchi were soft, and the pasticada sauce was rich and flavorful—definitely the highlight of the meal. However, things took a bit of a dip after that. The apple strudel I had for dessert was just okay—nothing special and a bit of a letdown after such a good main course. It wasn’t bad, but it didn’t leave much of an impression either. One of the bigger frustrations was the waiting time. After finishing our desserts, we were left sitting there for over 20 minutes without any sign of our waiter. Eventually, we just got up and went to ask to pay ourselves. It’s not a great feeling to be left hanging like that, especially when you’re ready to wrap things up. The bread, while generous in quantity, was another disappointment. It was hard and not very fresh, which made it less enjoyable than it should’ve been. In summary, Pimpinella had some hits, like the excellent Pasticada Gnocchi, but it also had its fair share of misses. The long wait times and underwhelming dessert brought the experience down a notch. It’s a decent spot with potential, but there’s definitely room for improvement. A fair 3 out of 5 stars.
