The Pickel Bar is an amazing spot for a drink in the evening. I have had several experiences here, and my thoughts are mixed. The drinks selection is good, ranging from a number of different whiskeys, gins, and other spirits. They have a wide variety of wine to chose from, some reasonably priced and some more expensive, but very tasty. It was a shame that we were met with a confused look after asking for an 'Old Fashioned', and that there were perhaps a few too many pink peppercorns in my gin and tonic (stopping me from drinking it easily), but the flavour of the gin and tonic was excellent and nicely balanced. We had a couple of the large tapas selection boards, and they were INCREDIBLE! Just what we needed on our last day skiing! If you are looking for somewhere to have a small dinner and a pleasant drink with a lovely atmosphere, this is the spot. Great service as well!
