Specifically, yesterday we paired home-made roasts (instead of classic supermarket cured meats) and fine cheeses such as Piacentino Ennese DOP, Vastella del Belice or even the simple flavored primo sale..., but also a tower of canazzo from Palermo, stuffed dried tomatoes and sweet and sour seasonal pumpkin. As for the pasta with mushroom cream (champignons, field mushrooms, porcini mushrooms) and finely chopped fresh sausage, we didn't understand that you didn't like it, given the request for encores. As for the second course of Sicilian invontino, veal peposo stewed with merlot and lamb chop, we would probably have met his tastes with a classic grilled sausage and bacon. However, our menu changes from Sunday to Sunday. We're sorry for the wait but it seemed right to wait for your 2 guests who were late to continue with lunch. We also thought that you enjoyed the experience given that you arrived at 11.45am starting with the aperitif in the garden and entertaining the children who were playing freely on the lawn and that even though lunch was over you stayed to relax and enjoy the countryside.
