Really nice hotel - clean, modern and a nice location right next to the chair lift. But what really makes Boutique Hotel Pellas special is the staff. Chris and his family and the rest of the team are all incredibly warm and very professional. The restaurant is really lovely with wonderful food - both casual cuisine on the outside deck and within the restaurant itself. Hope to visit again and thank you for a wonderful visit! Service: 5

We were absolutely blown away by the team at Pellas. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that both the staff and the manager take their responsibilities incredibly seriously. Their knowledge of the menu, ingredients, allergens, and cross-contamination was nothing short of impeccable. As a family with children who have celiac disease, we don’t take eating out lightly—and here, we felt genuinely safe and understood. The team was exceptionally well informed about gluten, communicated transparently, and guided us toward honest, healthy options without hesitation. What truly set them apart, however, was that they didn’t stop there: they immediately took proactive steps to explore and create additional safe options for future visits. That level of care, professionalism, and kindness is rare. We left feeling grateful, confident, and excited—and we’re already looking forward to returning again this weekend. Highly, highly recommended for anyone, and especially for families navigating food allergies. ️ Service: 5
