This bakery did not meet my expectations in terms of product quality or customer service. The pastries I purchased had very little filling and a bland, heavy taste, which for me fell far short of what I would expect from a specialist bakery. I felt that the quality was so poor that a full refund would have been appropriate, but this was not offered, which was disappointing. Having since seen that similar concerns about quality have been raised over a long period without clear improvement, it gives the impression that customer feedback is not being fully taken on board.
