Dear Dimitris Thank you very much for taking the time to give us detailed feedback - even though we are of course very sorry that your visit did not meet your expectations. We're sorry to hear that the ramen was too spicy for you. Our bowls always have a certain flavour and the soup you chose is marked with a chilli on the menu, but spiciness is of course very subjective. If you had let us know on the spot, we would of course have prepared the dish again immediately and without discussion - that's absolutely no problem for us. As for the poke bowl: our ‘Special of the Day’ bowls vary depending on the fresh ingredients, and we're sorry if the combination of the Bowl didn't work harmoniously for you. You could have addressed this directly - we are always open to feedback on site and will find a solution together. We very much regret that you found our team unfriendly. Friendliness and hospitality are extremely important to us. We will discuss your feedback with the team to ensure that every guest feels welcome here. On the subject of the photos: During your visit, there was actually a planned social media shoot for our Instagram channel. The people you saw were part of it. Our reviews come from a wide range of guests - we welcome honest feedback and want to grow authentically.
