Semplicemente divina. Offre dolci e granite superbe. Da provare il tipico dolce messinese, il bianco e nero che qui preparano secondo la tradizione. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Terrible experience regarding professionalism and seriousness. On August 14th I ordered some desserts (Viennese and peaches) and they told me to come back the next day at 10:00. I come back after 15 minutes to be sure of the date since the next day was mid-August and they confirm it. The next day I stood in a fairly long queue under the sun and when my turn came they even questioned the fact that they could have told me to come back on August 15th but they had written the ticket (to be precise, the daughter who saw the mess he's made maybe it's time for him to change jobs or go back to school). So they tell me to come back the next morning (i.e. today).....and surprise of surprises they ask me "but did you still want those Viennese and peaches?". I can't believe my ears.....you set the day and time and have the courage to ask me if I still want them? With a good dose of cheek they propose me to return in the evening!!!!! I therefore understood that I am not able to make the requested desserts and perhaps they had to buy them elsewhere. As for me, I went to Oliveri's pastry shop which I recommend to everyone. Pasticceria Saporito: failed!
