Exceptional. We went to this beautiful bakery after a long day at work, at 9.30pm. We wanted to eat the arancini. Even though there was only one left on the counter, Salvatore, the owner, immediately offered to make us new ones. In a few minutes they prepared two arancini with meat sauce, one with butter, and they brought us the one with pistachio and mortadella which was already on the counter. We sat at the very comfortable outdoor tables, sipping a good cold beer and exchanging a few chats with the regular customers. After a few minutes the arancini arrived and the first bite was fabulous. Crispy breading that is a pleasure for the teeth, then an explosion of flavors and smells, coming from the filling, finally released and steaming. We have never seen such a rich filling in an arancino. In short, we devoured them. Once we finished eating, Salvatore and his wife came out to chat with us, they told us about their life, their work, their city, with a truly commendable joviality and sense of welcome. With ten euros we amply fed and quenched our thirst. We had a great time and will definitely come back to try their bread, their focaccia, their bread with butter, and all the wonderful products they have. We recommend everyone to stop by.
