I was passing through for a health visit to a nearby center...instead of going to have breakfast in a pastry shop not far from there (of which I am already a customer)..Reading Pasticceria Lauretti, I stopped here to have breakfast. Upon entering I greet and ask if it is possible to have a croissant with cream... an elderly lady is present and she answers me with a sharp "NO!". I ask...only the one on display? And he answers me: "Yes"! ... Already for the first impact of a few words.. leaving aside the fact that being called a pastry shop it is not acceptable for there not to be a croissant with cream.. as I worked for several years in two well-known pastry shops in Frosinone.. and the cream it is the basis of pastry making!!! Once breakfast is consumed, we come to the payment... where I don't find any liquid or change, I pay with the card. The unwelcoming elderly lady says to me "Eh sir, but do you have to pay with the card? I replied 'Look, I don't have any cash/change available (which I wouldn't even have had to justify). He always tells me in an arrogant tone "eh but this way I pay more in commissions".. I don't answer politely... But I would like to inform you that *For payment with Pos there is no minimum amount. The consumer can pay any amount in the way he prefers, and the merchant is required to accept the payment!!! Furthermore, from a previous comment I read.. I agree with what another user said.. the lady is used to the usual small circle of customers..! Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: €1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
