PASTA FAVOLOSA!!!
Abbiamo provato casualmente una cacio e pepe che è risultata eccezionale... Nonostante non avessimo più fame non abbiamo resistito ed abbiamo voluto assaggiare anche orecchiette alle cime di rapa con peperone crusco e una salsiccia e funghi: non saprei dire quale fosse la più buona... Tutte insuperabili!!!
Peccato non riuscire a provarle tutte (dopo poche ore saremmo ripartiti).
Ancora tanti complimenti ragazzi: continuate così con ottimi prodotti, pasta di qualità, gentilezza ed entusiasmo!
