Prezzo del caffè esagerato. Quasi quasi costa più il coperto che il caffe Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Servito dal cameriere ( regolarmente assunto ) con vista mare credo che 1 € di coperto ci sta. Altrimenti avrebbe potuto tranquillamente berlo al banco e andare via, in questo modo avrebbe speso solo €.1.30

Today 01/25 is my sister's birthday, and to celebrate the event I thought of having lunch with her and my grandmother at the Saturo lido, as a few days before I found myself there by chance and I had a very different experience from the one that I'm telling you. I think it was the waitress who made the difference. We arrive at 1pm after informing us of our arrival by telephone, and they tell us that we have to wait for service. After a while we manage to order 2 spaghetti and clams and 2 calamarate with clams, mushrooms and pistachio... too bad the calamari wasn't there. Once the first courses arrive we order 2 fried calamari and prawns. We wait another hour... after our reminders we were told, after an hour of waiting, that in the kitchen we had problems with the fryer, and that the fries were not yet cooking!! Why not notify customers?? Why not propose an alternative?? After two hours of waiting, we ask for dessert, and just when we are about to put them in our mouths we notice that at the table in front of us they were actually serving fried fish!!! The food is very good, but I was very disappointed with the experience I had and with my sister's terrible birthday lunch! The first time in years that my grandmother ate in front of the sea, and unfortunately I can't say that I left happy! 4 desserts €24!! Cover charge €8 4 first courses €13x4 Wine €18 Water 2.50 Total €103 Everything was nice, food was good, service was bad!!! Change waitress!! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

I'm sorry for your negative experience, but I wanted to point out that the waitress is not at fault. We actually had problems with the fryer unfortunately.
