Abbiamo trascorso 4 notti in questo hotel e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Sin dal nostro arrivo, siamo stati accolti con gentilezza, seppur fossimo arrivati a tarda sera. Ambiente accogliente, caldo e familiare, coccolati ogni giorno, persino nel giorno del mio compleanno in cui ho trovato una piacevole sorpresa in camera. Tutti i ragazzi dello staff sono squisiti e carini e anche il signore addetto al transfert, a disposizione per accompagnarci alla funicolare. La cucina è davvero ottima e curata. La struttura vanta una vista meravigliosa ma raggiungibile con un po di difficoltà in quanto la strada tutta in salita è notevolmente stretta e pertanto consigliamo di utilizzare la funicolare, davvero utile per tale motivo. La camera era confortevole e sempre ordinata, pulita ogni giorno. La colazione buona, ma avremmo gradito una maggiore varietà e scelta un pò piu libera e meno vincolata ogni giorno. Hotel assolutamente consigliato e un grazie particolare a tutto il personale.

Fantastico! L’hotel è davvero bello, moderno e accogliente, come la nostra camera che era davvero top. La jacuzzi e la spa sono stati un ottimo valore aggiunto e ci hanno permesso di goderci al meglio la vista mozzafiato Colazione buonissima con vista suggestiva, personale davvero gentilissimo e sempre sorridente - complimenti!!! Super consigliato

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Paradiso Como. The rooms are nicely decorated and we got a free upgrade to a room with a balcony. The view from the room on Lake Como was great! The room had all the amenities we needed. Free water, a coffee maker, bath robes, slippers, a hair dryer. The bathroom had free toiletries. We really liked the shower, it had good water pressure and turned warm quickly. We were also glad that we could easily stream Netflix from our phone onto the tv. The hotel has a pool and jacuzzi outside. These can be used for free before 5 pm, after this time they can be reserverved for 30€ per person. We enjoyed the breakfast. You get a breakfast box with some bread, crossaints, cakes, sandwiches and juices. Then you can also order items such as fruit salad, pancakes, yoghurt, egg dishes and coffee and tea off the menu for free. There were also glutenfree options. We also ate at the restaurant in the hotel (MamaGina) for dinner one of the days and that was nice too. There are not a lot of parking spaces available. The hotel has a few in front of the building which are free and there is a parking lot but this is paid (I believe €15 per day). When we arrived we couldn’t park in front of the hotel and the staff told us to park behind the Polenteria, a restaurant owned by the same owners. This wouldn’t be a problem usually because it is not that far away, but one of the days it had snowed a lot. Because of this we couldn’t leave the parking (it is a steep hill). Luckily the hotel quickly arranged a snow plow so we could leave. But it was still a little bit stressful. But it is something to keep in mind! And we would also recommend to have snow chains in your car for this reason. It is also good to have these to go up and down the hill. It is about a 25 minute drive from Como and it’s all uphill on a quite narrow road. When it snowed the roads were salted and plowed luckily. If you don’t have a car, the hotel could also arrange a shuttle to take you to Como. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Paradiso Como. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the view is amazing. But do keep in mind the road to go there is narrow and uphill. Service: 5
