Papa's è vicinissimo al Croatian Museum of Tourism. I visitatori non apprezzano molto i hamburger del ristorante Papa's. Dal punto di vista dei visitatori, il personale è piuttosto distratto qui. In confronto ad altri ristoranti, Facebook dà in questo ristorante un punteggio sotto la media.

Waiting time is too long. 30 min for two burgers. Waitress kept apologising saying they are busy, but only 4 tables were occupied. Expensive. I expected at least 1 kg of fries and dip sauce with my burger (for that price) avoid burgers are tasty, but not worth of that money and wasted time!

This was one of the worst experiences in my, life. First of all, the food is relatievly expensive, compared to some other places around. Second of all, the staff is incredibly rude. When you come to a place, that is at least half empty ,you expect to be served quickly. Or at least in less than half an hour. After waiting for 45 minutes for our food, we decided that it was time to go. However, the waiter would not explain why it took so long... I am wrong, he actually did... He blaimed it on the Cook, telling us that the kitchen was completely overworked... Even though the " restaurant" was almost completely empty... And when we tried to complain, they started swearing at us in croatian, thinking that we wouldn't understand and would not let us speak to anyone in charge... Seriously, with that kind of bussiness model i am surprised how are they still open for bussiness. So to conclude... If you are a costumer who like to be treated with respect and dignity, avoid Papa's. However, IF you are the kind of person who likes to be talked down to, to be treated rudely and impolitely and in the end not even getting your meal at the end... Then papa's is the place for you.
