locale inclusivo che offre anche opzioni senza glutine, il personale è stato molto gentile nell’accogliere la mia richiesta di modifiche degli ingredienti… ho ordinato un panino senza glutine con pulled pork, patate e funghi per €10. i sapori si sentono tutti! non utilizzano ingredienti processati e la carne è molto saporita e il pane è croccante. consiglio vivamente. I had the pleasure of trying the sandwiches at Paninero, a place that focuses entirely on the quality of the raw materials and the authentic flavor of its products. The black pig meat, coming from their farms, is undoubtedly the strong point: tender, succulent and of a quality that can be perceived at the first bite. The staff also proved to be extremely kind and attentive, helping to make the experience even more pleasant. However, it is important to underline that the waiting times to receive the food are slightly longer than average (around 15-20 minutes). However, this aspect is perfectly understandable and, indeed, appreciable: the products are not frozen or pre-packaged, but are prepared and cooked at the moment. For this reason, I recommend the Paninero to those who appreciate quality and care in preparation, to those who love to calmly enjoy an excellent dish. However, I do not recommend it to those looking for the speed of a fast-food restaurant or who are content to eat only out of necessity.
