Delightful point of reference in Galatina in the historic center for purchasing baked goods made with special flours, ancient grains and recipes with unrefined, top quality ingredients! On Saturdays it's best to book because everything sells out! I was very positively impressed to find on display, in addition to a small organic oil shop, refined books, some of which were published by the publishing house @AnimaMundi which I adore!
