It is the typical Sicilian bakery, one of the few to have the typical stone oven. Use natural yeast to prepare hard bread (durum wheat flour). It uses flours coming from the milling of ancient Sicilian grains. Excellent rotisserie products: focaccias, pizzas and more. The desserts prepared by them are unsurpassed. It's a family run business. It is a pleasure for the palate and the eyes. Seeing is believing!
