Al ritorno da una gara a squadre di tennis a Pieve ligure, ci siamo fermati a Recco per cenare velocemente. Era domenica sera, pensavamo di trovare tutto chiuso, invece ho chiesto a mio figlio di cercare un posto dove poter mangiare la favolosa focaccia di Recco. Panificio Rossini, mi dice mio figlio. Posto comodo in una piazza abbiamo subito trovato parcheggio. Ci sono due punti vendita a poche decine di metri di distanza, abbiamo optato per quello con posti a sedere. Preso un vassoio con pizza alle olive, focaccia di Recco e farinata. Tutto ottimo. Locale spartano.ma accogliente, personale cordiale. Se ripassiamo da Recco verremo a mangiare la focaccia ancora qui. La Panificio Pasticceria Tossini is a paradise for lovers of good food, where authentic flavors and a passion for the art of baking come together to create a true culinary experience in Genoa. I had the pleasure of visiting this lovely place and was delighted with the variety and quality of their products. The house specialty, the cheese focaccia, is a real masterpiece. The softness of the dough, the golden and crunchy crust and the stringy cheese that melts in the mouth create an explosion of flavors that conquered me from the first bite. It's definitely one of the best cheese flatbreads I've ever tasted. The various pizzas by the slice offered by the Tossini Bakery Pastry are another strong point. Each slice is prepared with love and attention to detail, with fresh and flavoursome ingredients that make every bite an unforgettable taste experience. Savory pies are a great option for a quick and tasty lunch break. I tried their artichoke pie and the ham and cheese pie, both delicious and full of flavour. I can't forget to mention the bread, which is a true excellence of Panificio Pasticceria Tossini. The variety of fresh and fragrant breads, from classic baguettes to ciabattas, are simply amazing. The pastry shop staff is friendly and always available to recommend the best products. The cozy atmosphere of the shop makes the experience even more pleasant. In conclusion, the Panificio Pasticceria Tossini is a true oasis for lovers of good food in Genoa. The cheese focaccia, the pizzas by the slice, the quiches and the bread are all delicious and prepared with care and dedication. I highly recommend paying a visit to this enchanting place to savor the best of the Genoese culinary tradition. You will not regret it!
