Ci siamo fermati ad assaggiare la famosa focaccia di Recco ; personale Gentile , La focaccia con le olive era troppo molliccia ed unta,poi la focaccia con formaggio troppo pesante per me,poi la pizza anche lei troppo molliccia ed il formaggio aveva un sapore particolare non saporito diverso dalla mozzarella classica e purtroppo il bagno era sporchissimo tutto bagnato a terra

Avevamo a pranzo dei parenti romani di mia moglie che volevano mangiare genovese. Io arrivavo da Bogliasco e ho pensato che come aperitivo poteva starci un assaggio di focaccia col formaggio. Ne ho comprata una intera. Fantastica!
