Just today, 25/09/2024 around 7pm I went to this place in via Tommaso Cannizzaro driven by the good reviews of a focaccia made the old fashioned way on the spot and with long waiting times justified precisely because the traditional focaccia would not be pre-cooked but made on the spot therefore better, well... I say but when ever, that kilo of focaccia that I bought is like the others no more or less with short waiting times like the others precisely because it is not made at the time of ordering but pre-baked, so a total disappointment given the high expectations I had, what can I say, the only good thing about this experience in this bakery is, as far as I'm concerned, only the beautiful girl with those beautiful voluptuous lips who took my order, the traditional focaccia with anchovies is, despite myself, to be rejected, I can't judge the rest of the products because I haven't tried them. So 5 stars for the beautiful girl and 4 stars for the food in general (bread, rustici etc) because I haven't tried it and therefore I can't judge, the traditional focaccia with anchovies that they gave me is a maximum of two stars be generous. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Sorry, it's not my fault if it arrived while we were taking the focaccia out of the oven, I'm sorry that I didn't keep it waiting. However the good reviews didn't say the fake, I don't do pre-cooked.

A customer for years, Mr. Salvo and the staff are always friendly and helpful, everything, and I mean everything they make is excellent, from sandwiches to focaccia, not to mention their rustic, spectacular!
