Mandatory stop. If you ever find yourself passing through the Lagonegro state road at "Trecchina", make a stop, you will find an oil mill: "Pane e Olio" where you can taste typical products. The highlight are the bruschettas made with Trecchina bread which, accompanied with local cured meats and cheeses and the divine olive oil from the Frantoio, make this bruschetta a one-of-a-kind culinary experience. In addition to the one with cured meats, they are also available with tuna and olives and cheese and salmon and finally also with Nutella as a dessert. I prefer bruschetta but the stuffed focaccia is also very good. And if you pass by early in the morning, stop and taste the milk soup with bread. All really very good. The welcome is excellent, the owner and the staff are very kind. What more can I say... stop and try... you won't regret it.
