Before or after my purchases at Migros, I regularly came to get my coffee croissant or something else from Pam est là. Unfortunately one day I didn't have enough money on me to buy myself a coffee. I suggested to the waitress to pay with Twint. To my great surprise I was insulted, the person wanted me to withdraw money from the BCN ATM even though I do not have a card from this bank. About Twint, you should know that you can pay via a QR Code which penalizes the merchant or on the number. telephone number of the store which costs the merchant nothing. The waitress didn't want to listen to me and she became more and more aggressive. This is how you lose a customer.
