Did this 4 years ago with my best friend, it still feels like yesterday, amazing experience and food, it was a top notch cooking class and accommodations. I would love to go again.

Palazzo Tour d'Eau is a peak experience. I cannot say enough great things about the Palazzo, Massimo, Cristina, Dino, Tony, Sarah, and all the staff. The rooms overlook beautiful valleys and other surrounding hilltop villages. The meals and wine are an ecstatic experience. The kitchen is huge with beautiful mosaics, fit for large cooking classes, and the instruction is top notch. The day excursions to the olive grove, Vasto and the Adriatic, and the Maranelli bell foundry and Di Pasquo cheese lab in Agnone are fascinating. We also got a tour of the local school, the local salumeria, and a special organ concert at the church next door that is very special. We were so well taken care of. There was never a dull moment and the town is well removed from the tourist paths. I will go back repeatedly.
