Fanno una ottima cucina italiana in questo ristorante. Gli ineguagliabili risotto, carpaccio e pesce hanno un sapore ottimo. In base ai commenti dei clienti qui è consigliabile provare ottimo vino.

Ho utilizzato il ristorante Palazzo Drago per un pranzo organizzato per festeggiare la mia pensione. È stato un successo sotto tutti i punti di vista. I titolari ed il personale hanno messo a proprio agio tutte le persone intervenute (oltre 70). La qualità e la quantità del cibo è risultata eccezionale. Non potevo chiedere di meglio. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è risultata più che corretta. Complimenti continuate così. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Menu' all' altezza dei migliori ristoranti, personale gentile e disponibile, servizio puntuale ed attento alle esigenze della clientela, ambiente storico e di impatto (avendo mangiato al piano inferiore che risulta essere aderente alla storia della dimora). How to turn a pleasant experience into a negative one. Being in Verzuolo to visit the castle, given the time, we decide to have lunch in a Palazzo Drago restaurant located in the Palazzo del Comune. I phone to check the availability of a table for 4 and they confirm they have one. Arriving at 12.45 they let us sit at a table under the portico of the lovely courtyard, they bring us drinks and say they would bring them a series of starters... the first course will soon arrive, a small piece of very good raw meat.... then time passes and after about 20 minutes the second course arrives, chicken salad with asparagus... this is also good... then time passes and after almost half an hour we ask if it was possible to speed up the arrival of the food and how many were the remaining starters because we had the visit to the castle booked... and we were told by the girl who waits at the tables that they work like that and those are the times... after about 10 minutes the third starter arrives, a poached egg with mushrooms and a fondue..excellent too....time passes and we try to attract attention for the first one We order 3 pear risottos, a plate of maltagliati with a rocket pesto.....and the wait continues.....time passes and I hear one of the girls serving the tables.....discussing with a couple to another table who complained about the wait, replying that...that's how they work and that if they are in a hurry they should have warned them.....after about 30 minutes the rice arrives...but not the maltagliati...which they arrive after another 20 minutes making the person served eat alone..now it was 2.45pm we said that we would stop and ask for the bill and I pointed out that this type of service was not acceptable..here too the young lady tried to reply but I immediately silenced her by explaining that you can't argue with a paying customer who complains about the terrible service and asked for the owner... who was pointed out to me inside, at the checkout when the owner showed up I pointed out again that he didn't you can wait more than 2 hours for 3 starters, two of which are cold and one first course and that the terrible service undermines the good quality of the food.......his response was turning his back on you...eh don't come anymore ....don't apologize..I won't offer you a bitter or anything else.... Now I don't know whether to define this response as Stupid or Arrogant...it must be said that they had a baptismal lunch, but if you are not able to provide an adequate service it would be better not to accept customers you would have made a better impression, we would have had lunch elsewhere without ruin our lunch and you wouldn't have bad reviews....
