Appena fuori dal centro storico, questo ristorante è stata una piacevole scoperta. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene, con piatti curati e gustosi. L’ambiente è moderno e accogliente, perfetto sia per una cena in coppia che con amici. Un plauso ai camerieri, simpatici e sempre disponibili, che hanno reso l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. There are plenty of restaurants in Poreč, and then there is Pijat. If you’re the type of person looking for “anything with fries” and a football match on a big screen, then please keep walking — you’ll find plenty of places that cater to that. However, if you’re after a truly memorable culinary experience, stop right here and enjoy everything this exceptional restaurant has to offer. From the completely unobtrusive introduction to the menu to the entire dining experience that followed, everything was flawless. The food was outstanding, the wine selection expertly presented, and the service simply exceptional. What truly sets Pijat apart is its people. The staff take genuine pride in what they do and are fully committed to providing the very best experience for their guests. Their professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail elevate an already fantastic meal into something truly special. What I genuinely struggle to understand is how this restaurant has not yet found its way into the Michelin Guide. The quality of the food, the service, and the overall experience would not feel out of place in many Michelin-recommended establishments.
