Shame! You are unreliable! You ruined my mood at a so carefully organized party. I could prepare the frozen potato croquettes myself. I know the Pappa pizza rotisserie and, on the occasion of an important event, I agreed with the owner on an order of 30 arancini and 30 mini potato croquettes, specifying that they are just a little smaller than the normal ones. I could never imagine that he would hand me 30 frozen croquettes, the kind that are sold in bags at the supermarket, all small and the same shape. For those I certainly didn't need to go to Pappa pizza and spend 21.00 euros, I know how to prepare them too and I would have also saved money. That same evening I went to the deli and, to make sure they hadn't changed the product, I ordered a potato croquette. You could see and feel from the taste that it was handmade, the shape, consistency and breading were different. Of course I immediately complained about the delivery and as I expected the owner just babbled without even apologizing. I am disappointed because I trusted and instead my trust was betrayed by the lack of seriousness, professionalism and evidently by the irrepressible desire to make money. It was unfair, he should have warned me in advance of his unexpected event, we would have agreed on something else. Therefore, after having had an unpleasant impact on your work style, I strongly advise you to close the business. Customers cannot be fooled. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
