Nice chalet and location on the Zermatt slopes, in the forest and in a quieter part of the station . The rösti ans raclettes were ok. Efficient service. Service: 4

15:00 CET and we were waiting for 30 mins for a coffee. When we asked the waiter replied very rude and we kept waiting it’s very common in Zermatt from what we saw over the weekend Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
