After a nice walk on Monte Generoso with 6 colleagues we thought of having lunch together at Osteria La Peonia. Let me start by saying that we showed up without a reservation thinking that there would be no need for lunch on Wednesday. We were immediately greeted by the owner with arrogance and rudeness. Even though the place was completely empty, we were rudely told that it would not be possible to serve such a large group (7 people) without a reservation. Then he leaves us waiting and, annoyed, comes back to reiterate their unwillingness to welcome us. So, book or you will be badly welcomed! I certainly won't go back even with a reservation.

7 adults 7 cell phones what are they for …7 adults 7 cell phones what are they for your problem could be solved with a simple phone call a couple of hours in advance (even having no reservation the chef was free, there was only the apprentice).
