An absolute novelty, excellent food, welcoming environment, great attention to detail. Quick and easy on-call service. Everything clean. The meat as in their butcher shop is excellent. I'm giving one star because I'm lenient: Bad experience only beeps everywhere I asked for rare meat and I received toasted French fries that looked like they were from the day before, the polenta (taken plain) looks like plastic (do you remember plastic or children's dido? Here that) the unseasoned vegetables but then the dessert.....I don't know why pass off a pseudo soup as dessert I took the spring garden which looked like dirt and in fact after the second spoonful I left it. one question but for the money that Do the chefs get paid or do the chefs taste the dishes before serving them?? Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

After a few hours of relaxation at the QC Terme DOLOMITI, my wife and I decide to stop and have something to eat before continuing the journey home... We decide to stop at the Osteria da Carpano, which we already had last October 2023 had the opportunity to partially get to know it (it was closed for external paving work on the outdoor area, but the young owner kindly let us in anyway so we could buy speck and other excellent products in the market department)... It's mid-afternoon and obviously the place is empty, but we are welcomed with kindness and a smile... We are made to sit down and we are explained how to place the order with a tablet... Once the order has been sent, the drinks are served at the table, while the food must be collected when the notification arrives on the tablet itself... To share, we take a platter of mixed cold cuts (speck, cooked speck, carne salada), a terrine with polenta and venison ragù and a portion of French fries... All truly excellent quality! The cold cuts, which we already knew, were really good, as was the polenta with venison ragout... The chips, which were delicious, were so many! We struggled to finish everything... but really everything was ok! Average prices... We spent in total, including a bottle of still water, around €26-27... Highly recommended place if you happen to visit the beautiful Val di Fassa! Price per person: €10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Tagliere Di Salumi Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free parking lot
