Cucina di alto livello molto creativa e originale. Tutto buono con varie eccellenze. Vino non strepitoso e porzioni un po' ridotte ma sufficienti. Location fascinosa. Con l'afa di questo periodo lascerei l'acqua sul tavolo.

The experience at Osteria Alla Chiesa was a very pleasant experience! Let's start with a very particular oil, not very acidic, with a persuasive flavor that invites us to continually taste it not only on the magnificent bread (stone-baked) but also freely, by the spoon, to better understand its value through the exaltation of its unusual flavor . REVENUES All the entries follow: a fascinating series of small jewels, carefully studied and packaged with simple but determined craftsmanship. TASTING The tasting progresses in an accurate and well-studied way, a progression of very pleasant surprises, without hitches or exaggerations. The first twist comes with the pumpkin, eel, caramelized onion and gold oil soup: the mix of flavors is extraordinary, each spoon is dressed in a different dress, from the same collection. The second twist takes shape with the appearance of the risotto, with cuttlefish tagliatelle: sublime, it seems to me the most appropriate term to consecrate a dish that deserves great respect. The dessert area pleasantly completes a successful dinner in every respect.
