Good place to eat on Monday when most of Arqua Petrarca is closed. The osteria is situated in a building that has been newly restored, and it has been done with taste. The bar, the dinning rooms and the terrace are all beautiful. However, choose to lunch inside, especially because they have the AC and in July, it is hot outside... They have good local wines in glasses or bottles: we picked up a local Cabernet and a White from the Colli Euganei for me, look at the photo. It is very floral Moscato secco that comes from the Veneto. Very good!!! We had a parmigiana and ravioli alla burrata, it was so delicious!!!! The dessert was a pistachio ice cream, exquisite. 2 expressi with coffee from Honduras later, we were satisfied and happy to have finally opted for the Lapilli. The plates are from the RAK Ceramics and they have been personalized. Nice and peaceful ambiance. You should park behind the Ventolone Bar and walk to the Lapilli. The parking places are rare in Arqua and this parking place for autos and buses not free (blue lines on the ground in Italy means you have to pay to park. White lines means free parking.) I have had the pleasure of trying Osteria Lapilli several times, a beautiful welcoming place in the heart of the medieval village. Ideal for a romantic evening or lunch with friends. The menu is varied, with traditional Venetian dishes revisited in a modern key where the raw materials are of excellent quality. The wine list is rich with a particular focus on natural wines. Particular credit goes to sommelier Elia who is able to convey his passion for wine and was able to recommend the perfect wines for each dish.
