Chef Jeremy celebrates food! The Osteria Corippo is part of the Slow Food network and sources its ingredients nearly exclusively very locally. Add in an excellent chef, accommodating staff and you've got enjoyable meals all the way. Make sure to plan for enough time to enjoy as much of the food as possible. Only "downside" on the architecture front: The restaurant gets very warm when it's fully booked (in winter), getting to lower the temperatures would be super helpful. Vegetarian options: The vegetarian dishes are a treat, especially the pumpkin ravioli with sage and nut butter are to die for. Every dish has something special and breakfasts are a treat, too (homemade granola and jams in particular). And the wine selection and coffee variations are great, too. Parking: It's easy to get to Corippo by public transport (stop Bivio di Corippo, walk the last approx. 1km). There's only a limited number of parking spots (covered and not) allotted to the Osteria/Albergo, so reserve a spot in advance or be prepared to walk (on a busy weekend day). Kid-friendliness: The Osteria is welcoming to kids of all ages.
