This is the restaurant that impressed me the most during my trip to Italy. Bacaro is a food culture that can only be experienced in Venice, where a traditional Italian drink called a ‘spritz’ is served with small snacks called ‘cicchetti’. Here you can experience a traditional baccaro at 'Osteria Alla Rampa'. I've had spritz at other restaurants, but I've never seen one that rolls it as well as this one. Flavorless spritz tastes like potion, but this one tastes delicious without that. The cicchetti were all so unique and delicious that it was difficult to choose just one. Best of all, the price was cheap, so I was able to order and eat multiple pieces without worry. You can visit alone, but if you visit with others, you can enjoy a variety of dishes. I think experiencing the culture of a country is the most valuable part of traveling, and it was great to experience a culture that can only be experienced in Venice at this restaurant.
