Cenare in questo ristorante con una bellissima vista su Espace Arlaud sarà una positiva esperienza per i clienti. Se vai al ristorante Origin'Chicken, ordina i curatissimi hamburger di pollo, pollo e filetto americano. Potrai avere un gustoso parfait.
Il fichissimo personale accoglie sempre gli ospiti al meglio, in qualsiasi momento dell'anno. Rimarrai sicuramente contento dell'encomiabile servizio. Per un pasto andrai a pagare prezzi assolutamente abbordabili. L' atmosfera attraente offre a sensazione confortevole al visitatore che va in questo locale. Ma gli utenti di Google non hanno assegnato un punteggio alto in questo posto.

STRONGLY UNRECOMMENDED We ordered food around 7 pm, hoping it would arrive in an hour. 2 hours later we started to worry, as it was my birthday, so we've planned to eat at home and hit the streets, yet we were still sitting here hungry, and waiting for our order to arrive. Called the restaurant at least 15 times, to no avail, and had to contact uber eats customer support. Luckily, it is not the only restaurant in town, and we managed to get some tasty food from another place. It is one thing to cancel someone's order due to technical/stuff issues, but disrespecting customers by not updating them on their order, not answering their calls is another story. At some point their phone was on, but they were simply not responding, but then we've been sent straight to the voicemail, which makes me think they just switched off their phone to avoid their customers, instead of solving the issue or at least apologising. It should not be too complicated to cancel someone's order if it cannot be delivered, as I've already had it happen with another merchant. They were unreachable even for uber employees, so do not hope your issue will be resolved on the spot. They even lied to us by saying they have managed to reach Origin'Chicken and our food will be arriving in around 20 minutes, which it never did. It was for another customer service agent to inform us that their colleague has indeed tried to reach the restaurant itself, but did not manage. After 3 hours of waiting, including 1 hour of calling the restaurant, and almost the same time with uber's customer service we've been informed our food was not coming, and we're eligible for free order cancellation. I wasted my birthday evening on waiting for food, calling the restaurant who does not care about their customers, to simply get my money back. I'm leaving one star review, but even that is way too good of a note for Origin'Chicken, Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
